BCBM - the personal touch

At BCBM we are building our business on reputation, and that means first class service in all departments appertaining to ‘Caring for your Investment’. We call it the personal touch!

There are three key players at BCBM and these are,

Andrew Barton - ( Operations Director ) who looks after all admin related elements of the business including Sales and Marketing,

John Cunliffe - ( Technical Director ) who brings to the party a wealth of experience when it comes to his knowledge and expertise from within the marine industry, in fact he even lives aboard a narrow boat within the Elsmere Port Museum, but hastens to add that he is not yet a Museum piece himself!

Carole Briese is guardian and custodian of the purse strings, utilising her background in accounting with various companies, Carole now ensures that every syndicate member we care for, receives a financial update on a monthly basis as well as keeping everyone informed as to the status of their bank accounts thus ensuring complete transparency through out the whole process. Nobody understands more than us, the importance of keeping all our syndicate members well communicated in all aspects of their investment.

In fact we have a cumulative 54 years in the boating world so we have got everything pretty well covered. We fully understand that you, the customer, pays our wages, so we are always prepared to go that extra mile to make sure that we deliver the quality service you expect and deserve. We are a people based team, who will always put you first, as well as ‘Caring for your Investment’ at the same time. You’re very important to us, as with out you we don’t have a business. That’s why we’re willing to talk to you when ever you want and that’s 24/7.
